Funeral services for Wiley Simpson Davis, 56, who died Friday at his home. 417 Forrest street, were held at 10 o'clock this morning at the Hulett Funeral Home. The Rev. W. W. Grafton and the Rev. D. Wade Smith officiated. Following the services the body was carried to Zion Rest cemetery at Eucutta, Miss., for burial. Active pallbearers were Delmar Grafton, Edward Bond. C. M. Scovill, Chester Hardee, Virgil Murry, Jack Taylor, Lacey Donovan and C. A. Lawson. Honorary pallbearers were J. P. Clendenln, C. E. Hill, J. D. Barron, Dr. O. W. Goyer. M. B. Holloway. J . A. Arrington, H. D. Bowers and D. A. Stevens. Mr. Davis is suvived by his widow; one son. Helton Davis, Natchez: two daughters, Mrs. Harold Clendenln and Miss Dot Davis, both of Hattiesburg; three slsters, Mrs. Hattle D'Olds, Baltimore. Md.. Mrs. W. E. Jones of Laurel and Mrs. Ed Forbes of Sandy Hook.
