Interment services for Robert K. Ayers, a former Pleasant View resident, will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2000 at the Sunnyside Cemetery beginning at 2 p.m. Elder Cordell Uptain will be officiating.
Robert died in Shoshoni, Wyo., on Thursday, June 8, 2000. He was 46 years old. Robert was born May 16, 1954 in Pleasant View, Colo., the son of Willard Lee and Ruth (Maslen) Ayers. He had lived in Shoshoni for 40 years, moving there from Colorado with his family. He graduated from Shoshoni High School and was a carpenter by trade. His family describes him as "always a happy man who enjoyed being with family and friends."
Survivors include two sons, Brian Ayers of Shoshoni, and Trinity Ayers of Frog Wood, Iowa; a brother, Clifford Ayers of Albuquerque, N.M.
