Marguerite C. Epperson, 90, a homemaker, died Nov. 28, 1995, at a local care center.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lakeside Cemetery in Canon City. Swan-Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Ave., is handling arrangements.

Mrs. Epperson was born June 22, 1905, in Black Hawk to Nels and Veronica (Krell) Thompson.

Mrs. Epperson was married to William Earl Anderson, who is deceased. In 1932, she married Harel George Epperson, who also is deceased.

She is survived by three daughters, Rose Marie (Anderson) May and Irma Marguerite Johnson, both of Marquette, Mich., and Linda Lee Leitzow of Colorado Springs; two sons, Roscoe H. Anderson of Coos Bay, Ore., and George Harel of Colorado Springs; a sister, Rose Veronica of Canon City; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren and more than 30 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceeded in death by a daughter, Josephine Mae (Anderson) Chapman; a son, Wilbert Nels; twin babies; a sister, Elizebeth Louise; and two brothers, Joseph Raymond and Grant Kirts.

She had been a longtime resident of Victor before moving to Colorado Springs in 1966. She enjoyed cooking, music and playing bingo.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind, Kiowa and Institute streets, Colorado Springs 80903.
