Lucille J. Gaddy, 87, of Austin and formerly of Bee Cave, Texas passed away on Monday, August 06, 2012, at Ashwood Assisted Living Center in Austin, Texas. Lucille was one of a set of twin girls born on January 19, 1925, to Mamie and Rufus Johnson in Bee Cave, Texas. She retired after many years of service at the Texas General Land Office. Lucille was active in the Ladies Auxiliary of V.F.W. #4443 in Bee Cave, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Alvin Porter Gaddy, twin sister Louise Pantermuehl, half-brother Rufus Johnson, Jr., and her beloved daughter Beverly Larson Elliott. Survived by half-sister Kay Rogers, half-brother Ronnie Johnson, and half-sister Linda Puryear; step-children Terry Wayne Gaddy, Judy Gaddy Carruth, and Katherine Gaddy Wilke; one grandson Daryn Wesley Elliott; two step-granddaughters, Julia Carruth Barnes and Princess Gaddy; three great grandchildren, Camille Lynne Elliott, Makenna Christine Barnes and Maclaine Katelynn Barnes. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at Harrell Funeral Home, Austin. Graveside service 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 9, 2012, at Memory Lawn Memorial Park, Martindale, TX.
