2nd Wife of Perry Commodore Calvin. Daughter of Isaac Ridenhour and Margaret Elizabeth Reed Ridenhour

Reed-Pohlig Cemetery is located in Boles Township Franklin Co Missouri near Labadie Missouri along Fiddle Creek Road between Hwys "T" and "100". This cemetery has also been known as Ridenhour Cemetery, Fiddle Creek Cemetery and is often called simply Reed Cemetery. It is said to be very unkept and there are many people buried here with either no markers or markers that you can no longer read.

The angel of death entered our home April 24,1915 and took from our midst our kind and loving mother, sister and grandmother, Mrs. Missouri Ann Calvin(nee Ridenhour). The deceased was born on Fox Creek October 13, 1843 and on June 24,1865 she was married to Perry Calvin, who too was called away to that better land not quite two years ago.

Mrs Calvin was mother of seven children, four boys and three girls. She is survived by six children Isaac and Frank of Labadie , David and John of Dennard Arkansas, Mrs Wiley Larrison of Villa Ridge and Mrs Henry Feldmiller of Labadie; also one sister Mrs S.E.Higgins of Pacific Mo; two step daughters, Mrs. H. S. Worthington of Labadie and Mrs Gus Stricker of St Clair Mo, besides twenty three grandchildren and many other relatives and a host of friends. The remains were tenderly laid to rest in the Pohlig Cemetery to await the ressurection morn. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. S C Biffle of Labadie.
