Notes: James P. Lee was a teacher of instrumental music in Cleveland schools for 26 years. He died yesterday in Barstow, Calif., where he moved four years ago after retiring. In his career here Mr. Lee taught at old Central High School and at South High. He directed the bands and orchestras at both schools. In Barstow, Mr. Lee, 55, had for the last two years taught at the high school. One of his sons, James P. Lee Jr., is instrumental music teacher at Solon High School. The family residence here was in Cleveland Heights. Surviving Mr. Lee, besides his son in Solon, are his wife, Olive, and two other sons, Rox and William.
