"Wm. Flisezk" worked as a brakeman for the Wilkeson Coal & Coke Company. On January 11, 1925, William died in a accident. The note on his card read that he died from asphyxia and drowning. A further note stated, "Overcome by smoke from locomotive fell in ditch & drowned." His mother, Fanny Plesko, was listed as his dependent.
