Mrs. Mary L. Baptiste, 61 of 444 Ziegler Ave., died at 3:30 p.m. yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Rosemary Howryla of Butler R.D. 4, after an illness.
Born in Butler, July 22, 1923, she was the daughter of Enrico and Faustina Giapponi Cetti.
She was employed by International Staple and Machine Co. for 18 years.
She was a member of St. Micheal Roman Catholic Church, the Italian Fraternal Society Auxiliary, and the American Association of Retired Persons.
Surviving are her husband, Leonard A. Baptiste; two sons, Leonard R. Baptiste of Butler and Eric Baptiste of Newport, NC.; a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Rosemary) Howryla of Butler R.D. 4, two brothers, Caesar Cetti of Arnold and Robert of Butler; a sister, Mrs. Rose Migliorini of Butler and four grandchildren.
