Besides her husband, she leaves five daughters, Mrs. Earl (Bernadette) Sweeney, Sewell, NJ; Mrs. Peter (Pauline) Davis, Woodbury, NJ; Mrs. Gerald (Virginia) Cheal, Philadelphia, NY; Mrs. Phillip (Rosemary) Howard, Oriskany Falls, and Mrs. Robert (Leah) Hubbard, Rome; two sons, Robert C. Denmark, NY and Sherman L., Jr., Granite City and two sisters, Mrs. James (Rose) Miller, Ilion and Mrs. John (Leah) Reiben, Utica.
