Louise C. Jett, 80, of Bevil Oaks died June 09, 1982 at Nix Memorial Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. A native of Amelia, La., she formerly lived in Morgan City, La. was a Beaumont resident for 50 years and a retired emergency records clerk for Baptist Hospital.
Funeral services were held on June 11 at St. Luke's United Methodist Church with burial following at Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of L.M. Williams and Sons Funeral Directors.
Survivors include three daughters, Miriam Burns of Bevil Oaks, Gay Nell Kirk of San Antonio and Lucyle Keller of Des Plaines, Ill; a son, Theo R. Jett of San Antonio; a sister, Lela Byrom of Beaumont; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
