William Dyson Passes
Death claimed William C. Dyson, former resident of this community, Sunday in a Yakima hospital, where he had been confined for four days with pneumonia. He had been making his home with his son, Jack, at White Swan since his departure from here two years ago. He had lived with his son, A. S. Dyson, south of town since 1919.
Funeral services were held at Yakima Tuesday afternoon. The body was shipped to Tenino fur burial. Graveside services were held Wednesday morning at Forest Grove Cemetery, the Tenino Masonic Lodge conducting the last rights.
Mr. Dyson was born in Georgia on June 9, 1862. He came wet in 1905, first settling at Monroe. He came to Tenino in 1909. He was a 32nd degree Mason.
Surviving are three sons and five daughters.
