"Elgin, Ill.—Emily SIZEMORE KARSTEN, of Elgin, died Thursday at her home. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Mount Paron Primitive Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the church. Mrs. KARSTEN was born in Cusseta, Ga., daughter of Gena MAYO SIZEMORE and Roy SIZEMORE. The city bus driver was a member of First Baptist Church in Elgin. Survivors include two sons, Rodney KARSTEN and Matthew KARSTEN, and two daughters, Ellen KARSTEN and Sandie K. HILL, all of Elgin; three brothers, James SIZEMORE, Thomas SIZEMORE and Charles SIZEMORE, all of Box Springs, Ga.; a sister, Margaret ADAMS of Columbus; and two grandchildren."
