Kenneth served as a Staff Sergeant & Right Waist Gunner on B-17G "Little Boots" (#42-31193) in the 615th Bomber Squadron, 401st Bomber Group, Heavy, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

His family resided at 47 Almay Road, Greece, Monroe County, New York and his wife resided at 1243 Long Pond Road, Rochester during the war.

He enlisted in the Army Air Corps on September 30, 1942 in Rochester, New York. He was noted as being employed as a Stock Clerk and also as Single, without dependents at the time of his enlistement.

Kenneth was "Killed In Action" when "Little Boots" was attacked after a bombing run over Frankfurt, Germany during the war. He was awarded an Air Medal and a Purple Heart.
