Description: On 29 January 1944, the Little Boots B-17 Flying Fortress from the 615th Bomber Squadron, 401st Bombardment Group (Heavy), was shot down near Worms, Germany, on a mission targeting factories in Frankfurt, Germany. Of the 10 crew members, five were Killed in Action and five were taken Prisoner of War in Stalag Luft.See MACR2274.
