Alfred Jay Hans, 63, died May 17, 2006, in Camp Verde, AZ. Alfred was born July 7, 1942, in Camp Verde to John Smiley and Alice Jones Hans. He grew up in Camp Verde and attended Camp Verde Schools and later transferred to Carl Hayden High School in Phoenix, AZ.
Alfred spent most of his adult life in Globe, AZ. He worked as a cattle ranch roundup cook as well as various other jobs throughout his life.
Alfred is survived by his sister, Nora Hans Lewis.
Services took place at the Middle Verde Rock Church, Camp Verde, AZ 86322, with Pastor John Watson officiating the services. The interment followed at the Yavapai-Apache Cemetery.
