Vincent J. Przybylski

Vincent J. Przybylski, 90, 2128 Welsby Ave., Stevens Point, died Friday, Feb. 21, 2003, at the Portage County Health Care Center.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Rev. Alan Burkhardt officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church until the services. A general rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mr. Przybylski was born Dec. 6, 1912, in the town of Carson, a son of the late John and Mary (Shemanski) Przybylski. He attended school in the town of Carson.

He was married to Florence Koscielski on Oct. 29, 1938, at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek. She died Oct. 6, 2000.

He worked for the Soo Line Railroad until retiring in 1976.

Survivors include four daughters, Delores (Fred) Haase and LaVerne Newby, both of Stevens Point, Elaine (Chet) Bukowski, Plover, and Linda (Jeff) Nowak, Chippewa Falls; one son, Roger (Cheri), Stevens Point; three brothers, Martin (Clara), Jerome (Gertrude) and Edward (Alice), all of Stevens Point; one sister, Elizabeth Guzman, Stevens Point; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
