Virginia K. Couffer
Virginia K. Couffer, 69, 29 Glend Dr. died Monday at her home.
She was born Dec. 27, 1913 in Maryville, Mo. She lived in Yukon for the past 20 years.
She was a member of the Wheat Straw Amateur Radio Club, and former member the Oklahoma Central VHF Club. Her call number was k-5bxz. She was also a member of the Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband Charles of the home; her father Guy E.Stults and stepmother Icie, Springdale, Ark.; her brother James Stults, Calumet; her brother Carl Stults, Lowell, Ark.; a sister Goldie Henin, Oklahoma City; her sons Jack, Bob and Thomas Brown; a daughter Mary Katherine; several grand children and several neices and nephews.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Turner Funeral home chapel in Yukon with burial to follow in the Yukon Cemetery.
