Hazel was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by niece Hazel Ketron of Canton, OH as well as several other nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was proceeded in death by one brother Herbert Fogg; three sisters: Viola Fronsman, Ruth Adkins, and Frances Stuart; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Hazel was a member of the Broad Oaks United Methodist Church, and was active with the Mary Reed Bible Club. She was employed as a CNA at St. Mary's Hospital until retirement. Hazel was a very loving person who enjoyed her family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home 329 E. Main Street Clarksburg, WV on Friday, January 23rd, 2015 from 10am until the funeral hour at 11am with Rev. Sam Cale presiding. Interment to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
