Mary Jo Gary, 40, Wayside Drive, died Saturday morning, June 29, 2013, at St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville, of natural causes.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lamb Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Wilder and Johnnie Ellis officiating.
Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
A native of Canandaigua, N.Y., she was born Feb. 27, 1973, the daughter of Ted Hale, Johnson City, Tenn., and the late Shawn Carvino Ezell.
She was a registered nurse at Jennie Stuart Medical Center and a member of Concord Baptist Church.
In addition to her father, survivors include her husband, Jeff Gary and three sons, Dustin, Dylan and Jacob Gary, all of the home; three brothers, James Hale, Hopkinsville, Ryan Hale, Boston, and Aaron Hale, Esperance, N.Y.
Memorials may be made to Concord Baptist Church.
