MUNCIE - Melvie A. Marshall, 49, died Friday, May 13, 2005, at Parkview Hospital in Ft. Wayne, following a brief illness.

She was born in Anderson, January 10, 1956, graduated from Yorktown High School, in 1974, and attended Butler University.

Mrs. Marshall was a real estate broker with Better Homes & Garden from 1986 until 1988, and was the owner of Marshall Motorcycle Shop.

Surviving are her husband, Robert Marshall; her daughter, Lela Marshall of Muncie; her parents, Carl and Dorothy (Wilson) Tolbert of Sun City, Arizona; her sister, Balinda Charland of Peoria, Arizona; her brother, Carl Tolbert of Black Canyon City, Arizona; and her beloved dog, Zeus.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, at Parson Mortuary with Pastor Charles Conley officiating.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, or an hour prior to the services on Tuesday, at Parson Mortuary.
