Occupation: Railroad engineer. Resided on St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH. Dependents: 3 children(no mention of wife). He was mustered out with Company C, June 12, 1865 in Raleigh, NC at the end of his term of service. His name is on Panel #13 in the Cuyahoga County Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio. See www.soldiersandsailors.com

He died at the National Soldiers' Home at Dayton, OH.
In civilian life he was a locomotive engineer.
