William Bud Schubnell enlisted in April 1943 in the US Navy WW-2, he trained as a 40mm Gun specialist. He was assigned to the Pacific Theater and Served on the MTB Ron 23 a PT Boat Squadron. He was in the Battle of Guadalcanal, Bismarck, Liberation of the Philipenes. He was a Head Gunner " GM-2" at the time of his discharge in Sept 1945.
