Our Abbie Kitty & her mother, Sylvester Kitty, came to us from a friend of my husband's. They belonged to their daughter, who was going off to college, and they did not want to keep them. When we took the pair into the fold of our family, it was soon obvious to us, that Abbie, was not a normal kitten. She had many issues and was not the shapest kitty in the liter. She used to beg her mom for attention, but to no avail. On one occasion Sylvester was sleeping on the top of our couch, and Abbie just would not stop tring to love up to her. Sylvester put up with it for quite awhile, and then as if to say "Go Away Kid, You Bother Me", just flung her paw and Abbie went flying and did not land on her feet, but rather her back. For all of these reasons, or maybe despite them, we lovingly gave her the nickname, "Abbie Normal".

She was a very loving kitten, but never grew much. She became ill, and we lost her early on. We gave her all the love we could, and I hope that she took that love with her to the Rainbow Bridge....
