Clementine Verrillo Barilla, 80, of 104 Bennett Manor, East Syracuse, died Friday. Born in New Britain, Conn., she graduated from North High School in 1938. She retired in 1966 from Continental Can Co. after 15 years. She was a communicant of St. Matthew's Church and was a member of the 50+ Club in East Syracuse. Her husband, James J., died 1996.
Survivors: Two sons, John of New York City and Jerome J. of Massachusetts; three sisters, Gilda Augusto of Lakeland and Mary Verrillo Cerretto and Jeanette Schlosser , both of Syracuse; a brother, Dominick Verrillo of Syracuse; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Services: 8:15 a.m. Monday at Farone & Son Funeral Home and 9 a.m. in St. Matthew's Church. Burial, Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours, 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 1500 Park St., Syracuse.
