Myrtle Louise Lawson, 87, Big Stone Gap, died Sunday nith in Lonesome Pine Hospital after an extended illness. Born in Scott County she had made her home in Big Stone Gap for the last 32 Years. She was a member of the Fundamental Christian Church in Varney, West Va.

She was the widow of Haran L. Lawson. Surviving are one son Ralph B. Bawson, Big Stone Gap; four daughters, Mrs. Ruth Perry, Pauline Mays, both of Big Stone Gap, Mrs. Evelinia Burke, Gary West Va., and Mrs. Essie Fleenor, Toledo, Oh; 25 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren one sister, Lula May Ruth, Kingsport.

Funeral services at Holding Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. OC. Dorton officiating. Burial will be in American Legion Cemetery.
