The following has to do with William's youngest child, William Mose Tinsley, age 12 at the time it was recorded. It also shows the five surviving children in 1883: John, Juritha, Quintilla, Sallie and William. The Elizabeth Tinsley mentioned was the mother of these children.

I, G.A. Prewitt, Clerk of the County Court for the County and State aforesaid, do certify that the foregoing Deed from Elizabeth Tinsley, John Tinsley, Jurintha Eubanks wife of Milford Eubanks, Quintilla Tinsley, & Sallie B. Tinsley by H.D. Gifford, Commissioner to William M. Tinsley was, on the 26th day of March 1883, presented in open court, and was acknowledged by the said H.D. Gifford
Given under my hand, this 17 day of May 1894 G.A. Prewitt, Clerk
Whereas, in the action of William Tinsleys heirs in Exparte
Petition then pending in the Casey County Court, for the partition of the real estate of William Tinsley, as order was entered at the August Term 1882, directing William Cloyd, H.D. Gifford & John S. Colter as Commissioners of said Court, to make division and allotment of said real estate between the parties to said action, and the said real estate was divided in accordance with said order, and said Commissioners having made their report of division at the September Term 1882, of said Court, their said report was then, by a further order of said Court, approved and confirmed and on the 27 day of November 1882 the said Court appointed the undersigned, H.D. Gifford, a special Commissioner, to make deeds of partition, conveying to each party the lands and property alloted to them in severalty. Now, therefore, this indenture, made and entered into this 26 day of March 1883, between Elisabeth Tinsley, John Tinsley, Juritha Eubanks, Wife of Milford Eubanks, Quintilia Tinsley & Sallie B. Tinsley
by H.D. Gifford, Commissioner aforesaid, of the first part and William M. Tinsley of the second part, Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of the premises, and in obedience to said order, the parties of the first part, by H.D. Gifford, Commissioner aforesaid, have sold, and do hereby convey to said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, the Lot No. 2, described as follows, to wit: (here is a very long description of 3 tracts of land) To have and to hold the same, with the appurtenances, unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first part, by the Commissioner aforesaid, hereby covenant with the party of the second part, that they will warrant and defend the Title of the Land and premises hereby conveyed against the claims of themselves their heirs & assigns. Witness my hand this 26 day of March 1883 H.D. Gifford, Commissioner Casey County Court. Examined and approved in open Court, this 26th day of March 1883. Winston Bar...., Judge C.C.C.
