Mr. Paul Edward Pappalas, 81, Limestone, TN died Friday, March 30, 2007 at his residence following a lengthy illness.

He was born in Johnston City, IL and was a son of the late Nicholas and Electra Faye Pappalas.

He was a retired Chiropractor. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII serving on the USS DuPage. He was a recipient of the Purple Heart. Mr. Pappalas was a Methodist and a member of the Burlington MA Lodge F&AM. He was a loving husband and father and loved his country.

Survivors include his wife, Lee Epperson Pappalas of the home; a daughter Linda Irene Hicks, Pompano Beach FL, and a son Nicholas Paul Pappalas of Jonesborough; several grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 pm Monday, April 2, 2007 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Victor Tucker officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 pm Monday prior to the service. Interment will follow in Washington County Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.
