Fairview Twp. police yesterday released the name of the accident victim killed late Saturday in a one car accident on Pleasant View Road near Exit 17 of I-83.

They said Albert B. Cochran, 26, of 1005 S. 16th St., Harrisburg, was pronounced dead on arrival at Holy Spirit Hospital following the 9:30 p.m. crash.

Cochran was a passenger in a car driven by Roy Allen Schue, Jr., 25, of 538 S. 16th St., police said. Schue was treated and released, according to reports.

Police said the accident occurred when the car failed to negotiate a sharp right hand curve and plunged over guard rails down a 75 foot embankment. They said they were assisted at the accident scene by the township fire department.
