Mrs. Mae Gould Smith Sherman, well known in Auburn, who died Saturday, at her home, 438 Gerson Avenue, Rochester, leaves a sister, Mrs. Minnie E Sherman of this city, and a brother, Glenn D. Smith, of Poplar Ridge.

Other survivors are her husband, Alden R. Sherman, two daughters, Mrs. (Gladys) Gerard Hall and Mrs. (Doris) John M. McGuire, one son, Carlton L. Sherman of Buffalo.

A prayer service will be held at the home in Rochester at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning. Funeral services will be conducted at the home of her sister, Mrs. Minnie E. Sherman, 55 Park Avenue, this city, at 1:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Scipioville.
