Kay W. Benjamin of Ravenna, Ohio entered peacefully into eternal rest on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 5:40 PM, surrounded by his family at his daughter's residence following a brief illness - he was 76. Kay was the son of the late Isaac and Arlene (Bomboy) Benjamin born on September 29, 1935 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania and was a Ravenna resident for 25 years. He was employed in the shipping & handling department at the Stock Equipment Company for 25 years and had faithfully served his country in the United States Army. His memories will be remembered and cherish by those he leaves behind, a son Keith A. (Marijana) Benjamin of Chardon, Ohio; a daughter, Holly R. (Jim) Kiesewetter of Berlin Center, Ohio; a sister, Patricia Kurta of Mishawaka, Indiana and grandchildren, Lisa (Rob), Wesley, Kayla, Hunter, Lucky and Michael; his Aunt Jane and many nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. Private Family Services are to be held, there will be no visitation. The family requests that material contributions take the form of tributes to the Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.
