Professional Football Player. Drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1974, he played for 17 seasons, 15 with the Steelers. He played in 4 superbowls, All-pro 7 years, All AFC 5 times, and 9 pro-bowls. He died at age 50, possibly from brain injuries sustained from his work. Elected to football Hall of Fame in 1997, his 2nd year of elgibility. (bio by: Robert Jenion)
