Mrs. Edith E Davidson died Tuesday afternoon, August 10, 1909 at her home in Verona, WI.

She was born near Dane, Wis., January 28, 1865 and was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Ford. She was united in marriage to George Davidson, of Primrose, Dane County, Wis., December 25, 1888, to them were born three children, a son and 2 daughters, all of whom are living and were with their mother in her last illness.

Mrs. Davidson had been in poor health for more than a year but had seemed much better the past few months, until about four weeks ago, when she was taken ill and failed rapidly. Beside the husband and children she leaves an aged mother, a brother and sister and other relatives and friends.

The funeral was held at the M. E. Church. The remains were laid to rest in the Verona cemetery.
