STONEWALL, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of Arnold Lavelle Anderson, 84, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, March 25, 2010 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Arnold's nephew, Rev. Ed Holsomback. Following the service there will be a graveside services with the Navy Honor Guards at 1:00 p.m. at the NW LA Veterans Cemetery in Keithville, LA. Visitation with the family will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at the funeral home.
Arnold was born on January 9, 1926 in Jonesboro, LA to Victor and Luvie Anderson. He passed away on March 21, 2010 in Shreveport, LA.
Preceding Arnold in death were his parents and sister, Helen Alexander. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Nadine Anderson; sons, Ronald Anderson and wife, Rebecca and Ronnie Wayne Anderson; daughters, Gloria Wray and husband, Charles, Pat Neel and husband, Jerry, Linda Mauldin and husband, Steve, Karen Ryan and husband, Billy; grandchildren, Ronnie, Jeff, Chrystal, Wesley, Jennifer and Stoney; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Chase, Cammie, Cole, and Trason; sister, Corene Frantom.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Wray, Stoney Ryan, Anthony Crawford, Wesley Ryan, Ronnie Anderson and Donald McDonald. Rose-Neath Funeral Home
