Amy Pearl was the daughter of Frederic Warren Pearl and Amy Lea Duncan Pearl.
She traveled as a first class passenger with her parents, three siblings and two nursemaids on board the Lusitania.
Amy died in the disaster and it is thought that her nurse, Greta Lorenzen had taken her and Susan up to the boat deck in search of safety, and that a stewardess had taken Amy to put in to a lifeboat. Amy's nurse and sister were also drowned, although a surviving nurse, Alice Lines, had spoken to Greta moments before she was washed over board.
Amy's body was not recovered. Her parents and two siblings survived and years later, a sister was born named after Amy and her sister Susan, who also drowned.
