After her first husband's death, widow Ann (Cox) Garretson married 2nd Nathan Hussey, son of John & Ann (Inskeep) Hussey, of New Castle Hundred Upon Delaware on 3mo/May 16, 1728, married at New Castle Mtg House.

Casparius' brother Cornelus Garretson was mentioned in the 1743 Estate documents of William Cox (Ann's father).

Note: Ann & Casparus Garretson had a daughter Emey Garretson who m. William Cox in 1748 in York Co, PA. They were complained of by Warrington Mtg in York Co as being first cousins (Wm's mother Mary Garretson was the sister of Emey's father Casparus Garretson). They made an acknowledgment of their error on 11mo/Jan 21, 1749. This couple had a daughter Emmy who married John Morton.
