He was a United States Army veteran, serving in World War II. He was a retired planner in the aircraft industry. He was of the Methodist faith.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Arnold.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 7, in the Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Marionville, with the Rev. Rolando Quiroz officiating. Burial was in the Osborne Memorial Cemetery, Joplin. Cremation was under the direction of Williams Funeral Home.
Memorial donations may be made to Convoy of Hope to aid the Joplin tornado victims, or the charity of the donor's choice.
