SPANISH FORK, May 21--H. Eugene Markha, a farmer and dairyman of Leland, died at the Hughes Memorial Hospital Sunday evening following a short illness.
He was born in Spanish Fork August 22, 1892, the son of H. M. and Jessie Cleveland Markham.
Surviving are his widow, Edith BunkerMarkham, five children, Beatrice, Claron, Geneva, Phyllis and Earl, his mother, Jessie Markham and one brother, Henry Markham, all of Leland.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Leland Ward Chapel.

H. Eugene, 36, died of a perforation of the stomach due to a gastric ulcer at the Hughes Memorial Hospital at Spanish Fork, Utah. He lived at Leland and was a farmer.
He was born on Aug. 22, 1892, a son of Hosmer Merry and Jessica Cleveland Markham. He married Edith Bunker.
