F. Cleo Margrave, 85, former Pittsburg resident, died at 1 a.m. Friday, January 12, 1990, at the Candlelight Care Center in Columbia, Missouri, where she had been a resident for the past 1 1/2 years.
She was born September 24, 1904, in Shoalsburg, Missouri, to John B. and Evalena Tanner White. She lived most of her life in Pittsburg. Her last address in Pittsburg was 915 East Sixth Street. She moved to Columbia, Missouri, in 1975, and made her home with her daughter before entering the care home.
On Decmeber 24, 1925, she married William Daniel "Dan" Margrave in Pittsburg. He preceded her in death on September 10, 1975, in Pittsburg.
Membership was held in the Restoration Branch of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Columbia.
Survivors include one daughter, Joan Trimble of Columbia; one step-son, Bill Margrave of Lubbock, Texas; two grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband, a step-son Orson Margrave and by a sister, Rosalee Dafft, and a brother, Burton White.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Mt. Olive Cemetery, with elder Leslie Jones officiating. Arrangements are by the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home, 522 South Broadway.
