Swedish matriarch. She was the wife of the building contractor Carl Mattsson and the housekeeper of their farm estate, mother of their many children. Through sons Simeon and Viktor Mattsson and daughters Amanda Andersson, Tekla F. Jansson and Hilda Ridderstedt, she was the founder of a major branch of the greater family of her father Näktergals Anders Andersson. She was born in the village of Gimsbärke, Amsberg, northwest of Borlänge, and died on her own farm at Tjärna.
