Edward Roland Muffley 72, of Prineville, Oregon passed away due to ongoing illness on July 28, 2010, Ed passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Ed was the first born to Roland and Dorothy Muffley. He was born November 25, 1937. Nancy, Max and Fred soon followed. All born and raised in Fairfield, Idaho.
Ed graduated from High School in Fairfield and went on to join the Navy. He served three years in Japan. He then met and married Diane Harp, his wife of 49 years. They had two children, Mike and Tami. Ed was a successful business owner. He owned Muffley Masonry in Prineville for 40 years.
Ed is survived by his loving wife Diane Muffley of Prineville, Oregon; daughter Tami (John) Snyder of Prineville, Oregon; son Mike Muffley of Camas, Washington. Ed also leaves behind a granddaughter Ashley (Fernando) Barajas of Eugene, Oregon; and his four legged friend "Zipper".
He enjoyed; fishing in the Big Summit area, trips to the Oregon Coast. Ed really enjoyed spending time with his wonderful friends. They would enjoy a "cup or two" of coffee every morning.
Ed will forever be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and his love of people.
The Muffley family would like to thank you for your thoughts and prayers, but in keeping with Ed's wishes, no service will be held.
