David Blair Alberson was the son of Enoch and Eliza Alberson.

He was a resident of Pennsylvania when the Civil War began. David enlisted for 100 days as a Private on 19 Jul 1864. He mustered in Co G 193rd Pennsylvania Infantry on 19 Jul 1864 and mustered out on 9 Nov 1864 at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

David married and was later divorced. He had no children. David died in 1905 at the age of 57 years.

Hamburg, Ia., Jan. 11. -- David Blair Alberson died at his home on Argyle street, South Hamburg, Monday night, aged 57 years. Mr. Alberson has been a sufferer from consumption for over a year. The funeral was held from the residence Wednesday, at 2 p.m., the services being conducted by Rev. Mott Mitchell of the Methodist Episcopal church.
