Cecelia belonged to Quilters of the Hudson Highland and the Orange County Genealogy Sociey, and was a former member of Highland Engine Co. #1, Ladies Auxiliary, Cornwall.
Survivors include her son, Michael S. Waters and his wife, Sandy, of the Town of Newburgh; daughter, Georgette Cecelia Nicholas, of Cary, N.C.; nieces: Bethann Rafferty, Corie Cronin and Patti Daubner; nephews: Sandy Howard and Edwin Howard. She was predeceased by her brother, Thomas Daubner.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held February 26 at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, Cornwall-on-Hudson. Burial is to follow in St. Thomas Cemetery, Cornwall, N.Y.
