Dale Anderson, 73, Norris City, passed away at 7:45 pm, August 19, 2010 at his residence. He was born October 22, 1936 in Norris City the son of Thomas Wesley and Sarah Adella (Price) Anderson. He married Reeda Faye Monroe on August 19, 1961. Mr. Anderson was a laborer for Local 1197 in McLeansboro, IL. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Reeda; one daughter, Cheryl Darlene Schaefer of Newburgh, IN; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Donald Lee and Gayla Anderson of Omaha, IL, James Reed Monroe of Norris City, and Steven Dale and Monica Anderson of Washington, D.C.; one brother and sister-in-law, Norman and Ailene Anderson of Norris City; seven grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by a grandson, Justin Lee Anderson; three brothers, Tom, Ivan and Donald Anderson; and two sisters, Doris Anderson and Margaret Mills.
