He died four days after his surgery foro a crater ulcer which resulted in partial gastrectomy. he also had silicosis a.k.a. potter's rot from working in the pottery plant which contributed to his death of a pulmonary atelectasis (collapsed lung). he was a distant relative of mine. i have copies of his death records.
