He served his country in the U.S. Air Force.
Preceded in death by parents, Otto and Gertrude (Mills) Ratley Sr., Sister, Jean (Ratley) Noce, Brothers, Harold, Billy, Luther (Dubart), Otto (Dyke) Jr., and Bob Ratley.
Survived by wife, Opal (Weible) Ratley of Park Hills; Four Sisters, Melba Hahn of Farmington, Lola Ratley of Desloge, Delores Aubuchon of Desloge, and Wanda Markland of Tulsa, Okla.
Visitation Thursday at 5 p.m. at C Z Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge.
Services Friday at 11 a.m. at C Z Boyer & Son Chapel with Dr. Doug Elders.
Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington.
