Henry Dillon was the husband of Cynthia Highman Dillon. He was drafted in the Civil War at age 42 and served for a short time as a Private in the 39th Ohio Infantry, Company H.
He and Cynthia had 9 children and resided in Monroe County, Ohio. Children: David, John, Mary J., Lucy Ann, Nancy Agnes, Henry, Margaret Elizabeth, Duncan, and Charles.
