Ralph C. Rasmussen, 77, of Culbertson, passed away March 4, 1993, at Roosevelt Memorial Hospital in Culbertson of a stroke. He was born March 20, 1915 to Chris & Salome Rasmussen in Froid. He graduated from Froid High School. On June 9, 1941 he married Iona Krohmer in Culbertson. He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Culbertson.

He is survived by two sons and their wives, Duane & Marge Rasmussen and Gary & Deb Rasmussen, all of Culbertson; two daughters and their husbands, Karen & Ralph McKinney of Sidney and Ardis & Jerry Newmann of Billings; a daughter-in-law, Cheryl Rasmussen of Columbus; 13 grandchildren, Tonya, Lisa & Boyd Rasmussen,Janine & Amy McKinney, Janelle, Chris & Gena Rasmussen, Tony & Tara Newmann, Rae, Kale & Bart Rasmussen; and three sisters, Milly Kilsdonk of Culbertson, Blanche Cobban of Clinton and Hazel Holte of Troy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Iona; son, Dan; and grandson Eric.

Vigil services will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Culbertson. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 8, at St. Anthony's with Father Greg Staudinger officiating. Burial will be in the Froid South Cemetery with Everson Clayton Memorial Chapel in charge.
