Adriaantje Dykgraaf Boekhout, 96, 1015 Atkin Ave., died Oct. 15 in a Salt Lake nursing home of natural causes.

Born Dec. 9, 1876, Holland, to Arie and Tona Oosterling Dykgraaf. Married Adam Boekhout; he died 1930. Member LDS Church.

Survivors: son, daughter, John, Mrs. Johan (Tony) Sehlmeier, both Salt Lake City; 4 grandchildren; brother Jan, Holland.
