Death of Cyrus Broadwell
Died, Saturday evening, April 7th, at 8:00 o'clock, Cyrus F. Broadwell, aged 48 years, at his late residence, corner of Sixth and Pine streets.

The deceased had been of ill health for some months. Death was the result of dropsy. Mr. Broadwell came to Grand Island about nine years ago. He was for a long time in the dairy business and delivered milk in the city. Later he engaged in the hotel business, having charge, until about six months ago, of the B. & M. hotel. He has been seriously ill for some time, mention of which was made in this paper, which sickness culminated in his death as mentioned.

Mr. Broadwell was a member of Charity Lodge, No. 1, A.O.U.W., the Select Knights and the Degree of Honor.

The funeral was held from the residence this afternoon at 3:00 o'clock, under the auspices of Charity Lodge, No. 1.

The deceased leaves a wife, three daughters and two sons to mourn his loss, who have the sympathy of many friends.
