Mr. Batdorf retired from Mobile Oil Corporation in Augusta after many years of service. He is survived by a daughter, Mary LeSuer, Leawood, KS; a son, Fred Batdorf, Augusta, KS; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and four greatgreat-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Laura Batdorf, in 1992.
